For both candidates: Given the budget shortfalls and decreased revenue stream the City is currently dealing with, what are your top 5 funding priorities for the City? If things do not turn around in a meaningful way and it turns out we cannot afford to fully fund all 5, which 3 priorities will you consider to be the most important to fully fund, even if others need to be cut in order to achieve that?

As City Council President, would you support the selling of the Atlanta Pretrial Detention Center to Fulton County in order to alleviate overcrowding at jail and save taxpayers the cost of outsourcing inmates to other counties?
To both candidates: (1). What will you do to restrain future spending by city agencies? (2). How, if at all, will you partner with Atlanta Public Schools to enhance the quality of public education in the City? (3). Waste and fraud seem to be the name of the game down at City Hall, but neither of you as Councilmembers have done much to address this. What kinds of initiatives or proposals would you advocate for to reduce the waste and fraud that has diminished the public's trust?
For both candidates: How would you advise the Mayor and the Council's Public Safety Committee on how they should proceed in addressing the City's growing gang and youth violence challenges?
