How the Evaluation Process Works

Each candidate in each race will receive a questionnaire. To review the 2006 questionnaire, click here. These completed questionnaires will be posted on-line as they come in.

The candidates are also asked to participate in an in-person interview. The candidates are scored on the interviews and that score is combined with the questionnaire interviews for a total score.

CBA develops these questions based on issues considered most important to CBA members, as well as good leadership traits. For a description of the issues and traits used in 2006, please go to the section titled, “A Good Candidate.”
